Our story in Narooma began with a small pizza popup. What started as a simple idea quickly became something much more. Claudio and Lisa fell in love with Narooma, its natural beauty, relaxed lifestyle, and the wonderful people they met along the way. Narooma soon became a place that felt like home.

Claudio, originally from Soverato in Calabria, brings his Italian heritage and passion for authentic cooking to every dish. His journey with Rosso Pepe began with a love for traditional Italian flavours and the craft of making great pizza. Together with Lisa, they share a passion for great food, warm hospitality, and bringing people together around the table.

From traditional woodfired pizzas to classic Italian favourites inspired by the flavours of home, we combine quality local produce with authentic Italian ingredients to create simple, honest food full of flavour and best enjoyed around the table with good company..
